Shipping Information

What is the Shipping Process

Firearms must be shipped to your local dealers of your choice. Your dealer will need to provide a copy of their Federal Firearms License, the firearm will be shipped to your dealer. All non-firearm merchandise will be shipped to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

 

Do you Offer Express Shipping?

Express shipping is not offered during checkout. If you require expedited shipping please contact us, if a faster shipping option is available we will set it up for you.

 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. It may take 3 to 7 days to process and ship orders. Handguns will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air once we have received payment and FFL. Long guns will be shipped UPS Ground after we have received payment and FFL. All other items will be shipped UPS Ground. Allow 3 to 5 days for UPS Ground deliveries.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship only in the Continental US and Hawaii. Please contact us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Can I Pick my preferred FFL?

Yes, you will need to select an FFL in your area. If you do not have a preferred dealer you may be able to locate one here:  http://fflgundealers.net/

 

How will I be Notified that my order is ready to be picked up at the FFL?

Make sure you provide your best contact info to your transfer dealer. They should notify you when they have processed the shipment and it is ready to pick up.

 

Payment Information

Is my Credit Card Information Secure?

Your credit card transaction is conducted through a secure server. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent directly to the payment processor and is never stored on our server.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa and Master Card. You may also mail payment, this option may be selected during checkout.

 

Orders & Returns

Can I Order Through the Phone or Email?

Yes, you can place an order by phone during business hours. For security reasons we would prefer you do not provide any credit card info via email.

 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest.

How Can I Return a Product?

All returns must have prior approval. Firearms must be inspected prior to filling out the 4473 and removing from dealer’s premises. Once a firearm has left the dealer’s premises it cannot be returned. If there is a manufacturer defect it will need to be returned to the manufacturer.
